Our Process
Five steps. Zero surprises.
Renovation is stressful because most contractors keep you in the dark. We do the opposite — you'll know exactly what happens next, and what it costs, at every stage.
Consultation
A conversation, not a pitch.
We walk your space, listen to how you actually live, and share a realistic budget range before you commit to anything.
Design
See it before you sign.
Our designers produce 3D renderings, floor plans, and material boards. We iterate until it feels right — nothing gets ordered until you sign off.
Selection
Trade pricing, no markup games.
We source fixtures, finishes, and appliances from our vendor network at trade pricing. Every line item is locked in writing.
Build
In-house crews. Daily updates.
Licensed crews, daily photo updates, and one project manager as your single point of contact. We keep the schedule we promised.
Handover
The warranty starts here.
Deep clean, punch-list walkthrough, and a seven-year workmanship warranty. We answer the phone long after the job is done.
Process questions
How long does the design stage take?
Most clients approve renderings, floor plans and material boards within two to three weeks. Nothing is ordered until you sign off on the design.
Who is my point of contact during construction?
One dedicated project manager runs your job from demo to handover and sends daily photo updates.
Can I make changes once work starts?
Yes. Changes are documented in a written change order with cost and schedule impact before any extra work is performed.
What happens after the project is finished?
We deep clean, complete a punch-list walkthrough with you, and hand over a 7-year written workmanship warranty.
