Cabinetry
Built where it matters most.
Custom, semi-custom, and stock cabinetry to fit every budget. Shaker, slab, and inset styles in painted, stained, or thermofoil finishes. Full soft-close hardware standard.

Materials & indicative pricing
Ranges are budgeting guidance for NYC projects — final pricing depends on scope, access, and building requirements.
Custom inset cabinetry
Doors set flush inside the frame, built to the exact millimeter of your walls. The most precise — and most labor-intensive — option.
$1,200 – $2,000 / linear ft
Semi-custom framed
Standard boxes with custom sizing, finishes, and interior fittings. The sweet spot for most NYC kitchens.
$650 – $1,100 / linear ft
Frameless (European) boxes
No center stile, full-access interiors, maximum usable space in tight apartment footprints.
$700 – $1,300 / linear ft
Stock cabinetry
Pre-built sizes with quick lead times. Best for rentals, secondary baths, and fast turnarounds.
$300 – $600 / linear ft
Painted & stained finishes
Conversion-varnish paint for durability; rift-cut white oak and walnut for grain-forward looks.
+8 – 15% for painted
What to know before you specify
- Plywood boxes over particleboard in any wet zone — always
- Soft-close hinges and undermount glides come standard on every job we run
- Lead times run 6 – 12 weeks; we order before demolition begins
- Pre-war apartments are rarely square — scribe panels are not optional
Brands we work with
Custom or semi-custom for a NYC apartment?
Semi-custom covers about 80% of the apartments we work in. Go custom when you have unusual ceiling heights, angled walls, or need to build around structural columns.
How long does cabinetry take to arrive?
Stock is 1 – 3 weeks, semi-custom 6 – 10 weeks, and true custom 10 – 16 weeks. We place the order at design sign-off, not at demolition.
