What to know before you specify
- Confirm the electrical service before committing to induction — many pre-war lines need an upgrade
- European brands can carry 8 – 20 week lead times; order early
- Panel-ready appliances must be specified before cabinetry is ordered
- Measure the building elevator and stair turns before a 48" range is delivered
Brands we work with
Induction or gas in a NYC apartment?
Induction is faster, cooler, and increasingly required in new construction — but it needs a 240V circuit with adequate panel capacity.
Do you install the appliances?
We coordinate delivery and handle installation with the trades. Sealed-system refrigeration is commissioned by the manufacturer's tech.
